Free shipping on orders with 2+ jars

FAWKIN NUTS JAR RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Failed Delivery: After 3 attempts to deliver, orders are shipped back to our warehouse. We provide advance notice and tracking numbers for shipments to avoid this. If this happens, you have the following options:

  1. Have your order reshipped by paying an additional invoice for return + reshipping charges
  2. Receive a refund for your order, less the outbound and return shipping charges

Failure to pick up from UPS Access Point: If you fail to pick up your order from a UPS access point within 5 days, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping fees for both the return and re-shipping.

Order Cancellation After Payment Processed: If you cancel an order after payment has been processed, previous charges will not be refunded. Once processed, your Fawkin Nuts order is considered purchased even if returned. If we suspend or terminate your access to our service for breaching our Terms of Service, you will not receive a refund of any fees paid.

Delivery Refusal: If you refuse a package, you will incur additional shipping fees for both the return and re-shipping.Returned Shipments: You are responsible for shipping, return, and re-shipping costs.

Return Policy: We (Fawkin Nuts) do not accept returns for opened jars. Please contact info@fawkinfoods.com with any inquiries. 

Damaged Shipments: Please notify us at info@fawkinfoods.com. Include a picture of the damages in your correspondence to help us assess the damage. Products damaged resulting in loss will be replaced for the amount lost. Without photographic evidence, we cannot assess damages or provide replacements.

Delivery Address Update: If you need to update your delivery address, Fawkin Nuts is not responsible for additional fees associated with the change (e.g., shipping + taxes). Note that once an order is placed, address updates can only be made within the same state. Each address update may delay package delivery.

We hope you love all our merch, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items. Email info@fawkinfoods.com with return requests. We'll email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund, minus the cost of the return label.

Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange items. Email info@fawkinfoods.com with exchange requests. We'll email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we'll issue a refund, minus the cost of the return label. We'll then place a new order for the requested size and send you an email with an invoice for you to complete.
